Acclaimed Brisbane restaurantÂ ARIA invited close friends and members of the pressÂ to an evening of drinks and canapÃ©s to discuss some of their plans for the exciting year ahead.
ARIA’s head chef Ben Russell says their plans for the autumn menu will maintain the high standard of food and drink we have come to expect from the upscale, modern Australian restaurant.
Upholding owner Matt Moran’s passion for sourcing seasonal produce, he and Ben Russell have put together a menu that featuresÂ classic autumn flavours, complimented by the restaurant’sÂ sought after wine list
Wine-lovers will delight in ARIA’s event calendar over the next few months which includesÂ an opportunity to discover everything the United States has to offer the wine making industry. On the 14th of March ARIA invites you to an evening with three of Oregon’s most renowned winemakers; Melissa Burr, Dave Paige and Harry Peterson.
On the 19th of April ARIA invites you to an evening with Andrew Thomas; renowned winemaker of the Hunter Valley with international acclaim, and then on the 17th of May Steve Pannell will showcase environmentally sustainable wines from South Australia.
Each of the events will be accompanied by a four course menuÂ designed by Matt Moran and head chef Ben Russell.
