Georgia McDermott

I write about notable food and drink in Brisbane - something which I am passionate about. I would like to support and contribute to the growing food scene here as much as I can. I intend to discover all there is to know about eating and drinking well in Brisbane and report back to the readers of The Creative Issue. Just some of the many reasons I love to write are firstly that I love exploring new ways of using language to tell stories - the craftsmanship of it, and that it allows me to explore the things I'm interested in and share those interests with others. It is an art form that if done well, in my opinion is unparalleled in its ability to influence, consume and create a lasting impression with an audience.
