Botanica is the food baby of Brisbane born chefs Alison and Brett Hutley who previously worked as private chefs to Erica and James Packer. Their little jointÂ offers the kind of food everyone wants to devour. Making life a little bit leafier and a little bit easier, once you visit Botanica you will never again be dreading salad for lunch, but instead will be dreaming of it.
Hosting an ever-changing display of salads and baked treats, both the food and space is simple yet beautiful, providing quick lunch and dinner options that are as delicious as they are nutritious. Botanica also offers a range of eight different salads daily that are all brimming with colourful goodness. If you’re up for a sweet treat, Botanica has you covered, offering cupcakes which are Â irresistible. Put simply, Botanica delivers beautiful food. Think courgette ribbons, roast baby carrots, green peas, hundreds of herbs and an array ofÂ raw, fresh and seasonal ingredients.Â Â
