Black Bird Bar & Grill

| On 30, May 2014

This week I’ve taken to Eagle Street Pier to bring you two iconic and currently very popular night time hangs in Brisbane.

Eagle Street Pier is where city and river meet evoking beautiful scenery and amazing backdrops for the ultimate romantic dinner, party with friends, or a casual drink or two.

But besides these beautiful views, the restaurants and bars is what gives Eagle Street Pier it’s unique edge.

I took to Black Bird Bar and Grill and Fridays Riverside to bring you a sneak peek into this nightlife hub.

Black Bird Bar and Grill is Brisbane’s newest riverside bar and grill and is located just behind the iconic Pig and Whistle.

Black Bird offers their customers a luxurious dining experience with a menu fit for a king. There is something for everyones’ palate from seafood to wood-fire grilled beef.

There is also two private dining rooms and two stunning bars where events such as their Sunday Panama takes place. Both bars offer uninterrupted breathtaking views of the Brisbane River as well as the Story Bridge. They are also attached to outside decks with  beautiful breeze and extremely comfy lounges.

The roar of the 1920’s is a prominent style influence in this bar with sofas, chandeliers and the two main bars depicting the prohibition era and The Great Gatsby Influence.

This stylish influence has once again been integrated into its cocktail list with names such as the Jazzed Up Sidecar and Rumble in the Bronx. Cocktails are divided between The Bootlegger Era, The Roaring Twenties and The Prohibition Era.

If cocktails aren’t your thing there is also around 100 different scotches, whiskeys, rums, wines, ciders and other spirits to try out.
