BQFF: Let Love Fly Launch Party

BQFF: Let Love Fly Launch Party

| On 27, Jan 2014

It’s time to let Let Love Fly at the Brisbane Powerhouse.

The Brisbane Queer Film Festival (BQFF) program reveal launch party: Let Love Fly, is on this Thursday night.

Be among the first to get a sneak peak of the 2014 BQFF campaign and program.

Of course this is a stylish and much revered event, so rooftop cocktails and canapés are just the beginning!

The launch will also include details of first time events to be held during the festival such as screenings from past festivals, film forums, queer discussions, business networking and the launch of a new national queer filmmaker competition, Queer Aussie Shorts, plus much more I’m sure.

Entertainment on the night will be provided by Brisbane rock legend Carol Lloyd, Queen of the night Vollie La Vont and BQFF favourite, DJ ISH.

This year’s party is inspired by ‘1950s Italian Film Posters with a twist’.

So make sure to dress to impress, who knows who you might meet!
