Brewsvegas: The Home-brewed Festival

Brewsvegas: The Home-brewed Festival

| On 22, Mar 2014

The scene in Brisbane is one we all know and love. The bars, the shenanigans and the culture of craft beer are soon to be rolled into one with the new festival on the block – Brewsvegas.

Those in the know would have heard of the festivities set to take place in response to the increasing Brisbane bar, brew and beer community which means that right from the outset, Brewsvegas is set to impress, enlighten and foreground Brisbane’s remarkable identity. As the official website suggests, the line up of events that is set to take place from Sunday 23rd March to Saturday 29th caters for “every taste bud, every budget, every day and every night of the week.”

With venues set from Woolloongabba to the Valley and everywhere in between, you’re bound to raise a glass at some old favourites and also breathe in newly discovered atmospheres with golden ale of a new kind. Events range from free of charge to ticketed, so be sure to check out the Events page to grab yourself a spot. Alternatively, keep up to date on social media to be on the ball with updates. By the end of this locally brewed festival, perhaps you will have attended a ‘Homebrewing for Beginners’ Sunday session or discovered a whole new world of chilled malty goodness – I guarantee you’ll have fallen in love with the Brisvegas community all over again. Minus the beer goggles, of course.

Cheers to that and we will see you there!
