Oh my, Brisbane! Did you have any idea about how many opportunities it has to offer the aspiring artist? Brisbane City Council is rolling out weekly art lessons in our town. Be assured that you will find an art lesson of some description at a community hall or library near you! These lessons are for anybody with any level of skill in art and craft – so don’t be shy. Lessons include: brooch creation, crocheting, leatherwork, mixed media, knitting, embroidery, basket weaving and amigurumi toys.

Introduction to Mixed Media
Participate in a soul-nurturing mixed media workshop, with local artist Chrissy Foreman Cranitch using a combination of paint, pens, crayon, fabrics, papers and more.

Knitting and Crocheting for Charity
