| On 07, May 2015

The Caxton Street Festival is back this June with an all-Aussie line up packed full with all the alternative-rock-blues-roots-country-funky-folky goodness you could possibly ask for.

The Queens Birthday long weekend is coming up, and if you’re like most people it can often go by in a flash leaving you wondering where all the time went. This year make it one to remember, hit up one of the most noteworthy street festivals in Queensland and fill your weekend with live music, tasty seafood and some great local wine and craft beers.

Celebrating it’s 21st year going, the Caxton Street Festival attracts thousands of music and food lovers alike annually and is referred  to as one of the most iconic street parties in the state. And by the look of this years line-up it’s sure not to disappoint.

Since it was first launched in 1994, the Caxton Street Festival has evolved into something more than just a seafood and wine festival. It’s become an event with something for everyone - with everything people love from a good old fashioned street party, fused together with a contemporary twist that will appeal to the ears of modern music lovers as well as excite the pallets of Brisbane foodies.

There will be several food choices and bars down Caxton street during the festival, something sure to suit every taste. They’ll also be plenty of pop-up bars to choose from, including some of Sirromet Winery’s best blends, cold beers and ciders courtesy of Rogers, Little Creatures and XXXX, as well as some delicious cocktails.
