This chocolate porridge is the ultimate cheeky breakfast that’s not at all cheeky.
This warming breakfast is low GI, packed full of fibre and low in sugar. Perfect for any sweet tooths or kids who love an excuse to squeeze in chocolate into breakfast.
Porridge is a great breakfast choice, especially for winter. But it doesn’t have to be boring. This chocolate porridge doesn’t fall in the boring or unhealthy category. Using banana for its sweetness, this porridge will keep you full for hours and help fight off those mid-morning slumps.
Makes one serving.

1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
