Summer is fast approaching and nothing can prepare us better than Brisbane’s biggest red carpet fashion event, Designer Q. 

Launching labels and careers of prominent up and coming designers from all around the world, as well as new collections from established Australian designers, Designer Q is preparing for it’s fourth year of success. At this years event, Designer Q will be showcasing over 15 designers from all around Australia in one HUGE night of Fashion.

Expect to see designs ranging from couture gowns to swimwear and intimate collections! The 2016’s official lineup consists of labels such as:

Yaneria Velasquez

Established in Australia in 2011, Yaneria Velasquez is an innovative fashion house that blends Australian cultural heritage with the modern world, in perfect synergistic harmony. It is futuristic, seductive, sophisticated and chic! Be enchanted by the magic of this extremely creative style, craftsmanship, tradition and impressive luxury brand.

Annabelle and Eve

The Annabelle and Eve Swimwear and Print range is the place where concepts of organic beauty meets designer luxury at affordable prices. Created on the Gold Coast, Annabelle and Eve is designed in-house and blessed with the marvel of Reiki energy and the beauty of nature. It is a unique concept that fuses together holistic healing with textiles. It’s not just a brand, it’s a lifestyle!

Australian student designer, Kristy Power from ‘Harpi’ the label, designs alternative clothing with a twist. Merging clashing themes together such as Tim Burton with Lady Gaga or High Fashion with Goth elements, Harpi blurs the lines with no boundaries to their imaginations!

Don’t Do Pretty

Featuring luxury collections that hold a contemporary edge with stylish statement pieces that get people talking! Created by extraordinary women Eloise and Rebel, Don’t Do Pretty empowers confidence and embodies individuality in women, with complete pleasure for the wearer.

Designer Q also provides the public with a range of tickets, giving you full control in designing your own night! V.I.P tickets ($150) include front row seats, VIP gift bags, entry to the VIP opening party; with entrance to the red carpet, free flowing drinks & canapés, as well as the opportunity to mingle with industry professionals and the designers themselves! The second option available is the Gold tickets ($60) which will secure you second row seats, free flowing drinks and sponsor wall photos. Lastly, General tickets ($30) are also available giving the public viewable access of the runway from the third or fourth row.
