Dion Lee brings active wear to Target Australia!

The eminent Dion Lee is set to launch his very first performance wear line with the fashion retailer Target, in July of this year.

Target has collaborated with the incredibly talented young designer, stating in an interview with Vogue Australia “ He is a natural choice for Target…he is the designer to watch here in Australia”.

Lee launched his first label back in 2008 and since then has made himself a household name. Establishing himself successfully in Australia and internationally, Lee has dominating catwalks and has secured collaborations with jewellery blogger NET-A-PORTER and Shopbop.

Expect to see tailored detailing, laser cuts and technical fabrics to be hitting target racks as part of the 35 piece collection. It will also feature day-to-night clothing, loungewear, performance wear and accessories, all ranging from $25-$120.

Lee’s collection will reflect the contemporary women, mixing and matching tailoring with active wear to accommodate the active and busy lifestyle of every day Australian women.

The collection will include a combination of details, textures and vibrant colors and prints.

Although active wear is new territory for Dion Lee, it’s a fast growing trend, with international designers including Marc-by-Marc Jacobs and Stella McCartney embracing the sports-lux movement.

The exclusive clothing collaboration with designers is part of targets “Designer for Target” collection, aiming to provide target customers with designer styles for affordable prices.

The limited-edition Dion Lee collection will be launched in 35 Target stores nationally and will also be available online from July 2.
