If anybody is hungry of both stomach and curiosity, this month Thomson’s Reserve is serving a five-course tasting menu made up of native ingredients, home-grown herbs and boutique selections of wine, cider and gin.
Executive Chef of Thomson’s Reserve, Michael Crosbie, has created new and innovative techniques to prepare and serve the five-course tasting menu. The menu has been created to be interactive with the consumers of the dish- which entirely engages the diner and goes to show how innovative andÂ inventive Crosbie’s menu is.
