Cold pressed juices are all the rage right now with many people becoming more aware of their health and nutrition choices. Gone are the days where we grab a simple banana smoothie as a healthy option.

Melbourne has a wide variety of clean eating options becoming readliy avaliable even when your on the go without enough time to put together your own healthy juice or meal.

‘Green Cup’ which I discovered this weekend on Chapel St, South Yarra is adding to the healthy lifestyle chocies that many Melbournians are opting for.

Green Cup is a very small but modern café with just enough room for you to enjoy a healthy snack. The café is very clean with a minamilistic design that adds to the atmosphere of the whole experience of stopping to grab something clean to eat or drink.

Offering green juices, super smoothies, acai bowls and smashed avo, you may think their isn’t a lot to chose from. However these choices are literally all you need. Choosing smashed avo on toast with chia seeds I was pleasently suprised when I bit into my small meal. Using a seeded bread this snack was all I needed to satisfy my tastebuds and tummy.

‘The Green Immune Booster’ juice was everything I needed and more to wash down my smash avo toast. Blended with kale, spinach, strawberries and Watermelon, I got my daily dose of iron and vitamin C in one delicious drink.
