Happiness is bigger than just one person - kikki.K

“No matter what point in life you are at, you don’t have to be at a certain point to want to be more happy,†said happiness coach, Robyn, who presents weekly workshops at kikki.K.
Thirteen women sat at the back of Brisbane’s Queens Plaza store, beneath the beautiful blue stationary.
I sat in one of the simple white chairs, amongst mood boards and notebooks inspiring me to channel my inner child who was once so carefree and always in high spirits.
I thought back to my New Years resolution, which I promised to myself only two months ago. This year gratitude for life and its all-encompassing journey has meant more to me than it ever has.
It also seemed to resonate deeply with others around the room, including some who were looking for a fresh start and ready to welcome new beginnings.
The workshop was a wonderful reminder to look for inspiration on the streets, in the café around the corner from work and in the everyday duties of life.
As the happiness coach spoke about reverse bucket lists and cheerful vision boards, I felt grateful for this fresh approach to life.
No matter how small or large ones ambition may be, it is important to remain open to the world.
“Happiness is bigger than just one person,†said Robyn.
The room was given a reminder of this when they were handed a kikki.K happiness journal to plan and achieve new goals.
As we opened the book I started to think about hot air balloons and other exciting ‘dream list’ ambitions I could write down.
The inscription on the front of the journal, ‘do more of what makes you happy’ will be a daily motivator for many.
kikki.K had created an encouraging space for Brisbanites to do more of what makes them smile.
