Located in Byres St, Newstead, Harlow Hot Yoga offers a place of relaxation and restoration, a studio of escape that feels more like a day spa than a fitness studio. Harlow Hot Yoga enables you to stretch, strengthen and center your mind.
With classes to suit every level of yoga, post-workout coconut water and the best aromatic essence; each class is challenging, yet rewarding, strengthening your core and toning your tummy.
Classes on offer include:
Harlow A: Power yoga. This class has a faster flow to provide a total workout for the body and mind.
Harlow B: The ideal beginners class. Harlow B is slower than Harlow A to focus on correct body alignment, the basis of a beautifully toned body and clear mind.
Harlow C: A deep stretch class for those wanting to improve flexibility with each pose being held for 3-5 minutes. This is the class for anyone after relaxation and restoration with a challenge.

Harlow Hot Yoga offers 5 classes per day, the first at 6.00am and the last at 7.30pm allowing everyone the freedom to pick and choose the best time for yoga.
