Brisbane Times Good Food Month presented by Citi, is a mouth-watering experience like no other, dedicating the month of July to different happenings of all things food- and this year’s event is no exception.
If youâ€™re looking for a reason to embrace a more hedonistic lifestyle, than Hats Off is your delicious event. The Hats Off Dinner is truly a one of a kind culinary experience, with not just any fine dining restaurant invited to participate in the Hats Off Dinner- Only restaurants that received one or more Chef Hats in the 2014-15 Brisbane Times Good Food Guide are selected, then asked to throw their usual menus to the wild, and create a bespoke degustation for their select audience. The only catch is that each menu must include a Tanqueray Gin â€“ a challenge each chef has accepted benevolently.
So come along and pretend youâ€™re on Master Chef. Throw out your microwavable dinners and indulge your culinary fantasies this July!

THE BUSH DOES IT BETTER
AT HOMAGE, SPICERS HIDDEN VALE
The chefs at Homage show off ingredients grown on their own property, supplemented with produce from other farmers. Taste the fruits of their labours in dishes such as yabby with lemon myrtle, Murray cod and their own pork.

AT URBANE RESTAURANT
Chef Alejandro Cancino and Simone Clemente have collaborated to bring you a four-course degustation menu drawing on the regions
of Veneto, Roma, Napoli and Tuscany with a modern edge to the classics. There will be an Italian wine matching option available on the night for $50pp to complete the journey.
