Healthy Ice cream

Vegan, lactose free, gluten free and sugar free indulgence!Â I’ve got a healthy take on your favourite summer comfort food.
Ice cream is just the best, but it might not go down as well with your digestive system as it did with your taste buds. So here is a healthy, happy alternative rich in fibre, vitamins, potassium and minerals!
2 frozen bananas (freeze overnight)
1 can of coconut milk (do not shake)
1 teaspoon of honey
Put broken up frozen bananas into a food processor and blend.
Spoon two tablespoons of the coconut cream that will be sitting on top of the coconut milk into the mixture.
Pour the remaining coconut milk and honey in and blend until consistency is smooth.
Get creative and add granulated coffee, strawberries or cacao for coffee, strawberry and chocolate flavoured ice cream.
