James Street with a twist of Limes

James Street with a twist of Limes

JAMES Street with a twist of Limes is shaping up to be one of Brisbane’s biggest fashion events of the year.

Limes Hotel’s second Rooftop Styling with Laura Stead has brought on board lifestyle and fashion destination, James Street, to ensure that the night is a dazzling showcase of fashion, glamour and beauty on Thursday July 18th.

Guests will be presented with the unique opportunity to meet the faces behind their favourite James Street retailers and brands, including Jules & Roc, Beau in the Woods, Tom Gunn, and Stone and Metal Gallery.

Laura Stead embraces the cold weather, and the fashion that ensues from it.  “The cooler months are a great chance to get a little more dressed up in rich colour and textures, so we’re adding a hint of glamour to winter styling for this event”, she said.  So dust off your best winter threads, because you will go in the draw to win a prize for the best dressed of the night!

Whether you attend to shop the top winter looks from pop-up stalls on the night, see the designers talk through their winter offerings, or to meet the person behind your favourite brand, James Street with a twist of Limes has something for everyone.  Including the men.

Bring your boyfriend along to have a look at the winter pieces by esteemed label Pistols at Dawn, including their must-have velvet jackets.

Tickets are only $20, and can be pre-purchased here, or if you’re feeling spontaneous, they can also be purchased on the door.  Ticket price includes entry, canapés by Alfred and Constance, a Limes Hotel signature cocktail upon entry, a goodie bag, and prizes to be won on the night.  What more could you want?
