Lick! Ice Cream Flagship Store Opens in Graceville

Lick! Ice Cream Flagship Store Opens in Graceville

| On 11, Nov 2015

For over a decade, boutique ice-cream manufacturer and wholesaler Lick! Ice Cream has been making waves in the ice-cream scene, and now Graceville has become the new home of the company’s flagship store.

Lick! Ice Cream is the creation of chef Grant Lew, who brought fourteen years experience in fine dining and catering to the sweet scene- EKKA fans might be familiar with his take on the iconic Strawberry Sundae Ice Cream.

At Lick!’s brand new bricks and mortar store, expect to find eighteen flavours of gourmet ice-cream and sorbet made using a traditional production process with authentic ingredients.

Lick! Ice Cream proudly stand behind their treats, which have no preservatives, additives or artificial flavours – Grant says their product is 100%  natural.

The fit out for the new store is everything one might expect from a modern take on a traditional ice-creamery, with bright whites and pastel blues paired with simple fixtures and décor that exudes clean sophistication.

Walking into Lick! Ice Cream you might find yourself a bit overwhelmed with choice, so speaking from experience we recommend coffee and hazelnut, salted peanut or brown butter and roasted almond.

If you’re in the mood for something a little more classic perhaps try strawberry or rum ‘n’ raisin, and for a dairy-free alternative the green apple and ginger sorbet is a true frontrunner and intriguing regardless of its dietary friendliness.

In terms of drinks, coffee and tea are available but for something a little more exciting options include milkshakes, ice-cream spiders, iced tea of the day, Sutton’s Famous Apple Juice and fruit frappes.

Indulge in a chocolate milkshake with milk, Couverture Dark Chocolate ice-cream and melted chocolate, or maybe a creaming soda, ice-cream spider.

As summer kicks in, drop by Lick! Ice Cream until late five days a week to relieve any kind of dessert craving, Wednesday to Sunday.
