Mighty Mighty Cue and Brew

Calling all urban cowboys and meat-lovers alike, take a trip down to bustling M&A Lane in Fortitude Valley and indulge in all of the southern smokehouse, barbeque flavours that Mighty Mighty Cue and Brew has to offer.
Mighty Mighty combines the best parts of American culture: southern smokehouse flavours and soulful, funky tunes – think ribs and Wilson Pickett.
American-style food has taken Brisbane by storm with traditional diners, burger shacks and snack vans popping up all over town and sending us into a feeding frenzy.
At Mighty Mighty gorge yourself on some American favourites like buffalo wings, sticky ribs and jalapeño poppers.
The menu changes every quarter but some of the all-time favourites have remained since the beginning including the jalape̱o poppers, ribs and the corn bread Рjust the flavours have changed.
Some must-try dishes on the menu include the nine-hour slow cooked, beef short ribs with jalape̱o aioli and fries Рthey are melt-in-you-mouth sensations.
The newest jalapeño poppers are wrapped in smoked bacon with buttermilk and dill ranch and pack a flavour punch.
And of course the night wouldn’t be complete without sharing a buffalo wing or two served with Frank’s Red Hot sauce.
For all of those chilli fanatics out there, the holy roller buffalo wings are prepared in a sauce that is made from some of the hottest chills in the world – I was given a sample and trust me it is only for the most adventurous of heat seekers.
Wash down all of those smokey flavours with a selection of handcrafted American and Australian beers from the brew.
What’s up next for Mighty Mighty? They have plans to bottle and sell their beloved sauces as well as expand into takeaway, so you’ll never go without.
Quench your American thirst at Mighty Mighty for lunch or dinner seven days a week.
