The Brisbane Times’ Good Food Month has seen the most diverse of dishes and established restaurateurs over its three years. In 2016 though, Matt Moran has even more in store – and not only a well deserved food coma.

The month long celebration aims to highlight the most exquisite restaurants, bars, cafes, markets that the state has to offer. Presented by CITI, the event provides a culinary experience with events highly sought-after by foodies throughout Brisbane and South-East Queensland.

Matt Moran is an Australian chef, author, television personality and judge. With over 30 years of culinary experience to his name, Matt has become one of the most renowned food icons in Australia. He is the creative mind behind his restaurant, The ARIA, in both Sydney and Brisbane and this month Brisbane’s crowd will be enticed to experience the feast that ARIA Brisbane has to offer.

Matt and Head Chef Ben Russell throughout the event are showcasing the ARIA Truffle Risotto. Prepare to sit back and enjoy the cuisine on offer and the unique view of the Brisbane River – along with a glass of wine or three- we recommend the 2014 Fontabianca Langhe Nebbiolo – if you’re after something fancy to match dinner!
