If you haven’t already visited Bucci this Good Food Month, then you only have a few days left to head on down and chow on their delicious bowl of cozze. Port Lincoln mussels in a spicy white wine and tomato broth, is topped with focaccia and served with a side of zesty green salad. The dish was just simply mouth-watering to see and absolutely bellissimo on the tongue. The hint of the ocean from the mussels was beautifully paired with the kick from the chillies and tanginess of the tomatoes. The salad, consisting of rocket, spinach, and zucchini, was covered in a zesty dressing that cleansed the palate and gifted the tongue with a lovely aftertaste.
This cozze, along with a tea or coffee of your choice, is only available for a limited time at a special price of $38 so be sure not miss out this Good Food Month.
