Photography: Photogenic Nature

The Australian Summer always proves to provide a vast selection of photographic conditions.
This Summer will be no different with South-East Queensland having a numerous amount of local swimming holes, that would provide the perfect photograph.
So dust the cobwebs of that camera and get it ready for the Summer ahead!
If you live in the local Brisbane area, there is an abundance of swimming holes at your disposal, such as the Booloumba Falls and Gorge (photo above) which is located in the Sunshine Coast Hinterlands.
But if you really don’t want to travel far at all, just outside the CBD at the bottom of Mt. Cootha are the JC Slaughter Falls (photo below).
While only just down the highway, the Gold Coast hinterlands offer a rich form of nature spots to capture those summer photos.
The natural bridge, Currumbin rock pools, and Springbrook national park all offer fantastic photo opportunities.
Although some places are protected and swimming is prohibited, this scenic spots would make great additions to anyones portfolio.
These swimming holes create a great opportunity to hone in on those nature shots.
I will be out there enjoying these wonderful pockets of nature as well, so be sure to venture out to see what south-east Queensland’s backyard has to offer.
