Spring Fling Wrap Up

Creative Drinks held one of its infamous networking events recently, and here are all the details and insider scoop from the night.
The Spring Fling promoted Brisbane’s emerging creative scene to industry professionals and like-minded creatives. It gave exhibitors and performing acts the chance to network and create valuable contacts with one another.
The night started off with electric Indie-rock artist, Adrian Muaro showcasing his music. Adrian goes by the on-stage name of Machine Age and got everyone swaying to his tunes and delectable sounds.
In between acts, guests were encouraged to have a look at the art work of five very talented creative exhibitors. There art work ranged from photography, illustrations and paintings. Elyse Castro, Alice Nucifora, Brad Francis, Elle-louise Burguez and Milena Jovanich showcased their art pieces with several being purchased by impressed attendees.
Also on show was Amber Donnelly, who performed a contemporary dance number and wowed her audience with high kicks and perfectly synced dance moves!
Headlining our Spring Fling was a four-pieced band, Dream Girl who wooed our interns here at Creative Drinks and made sure their sultry sounds could be heard throughout Fringe Bar.
With a lot of positive feedback from exhibitors, guests and my mum, this event was one not to be missed. However, if you did miss it, watch this space as we may have another networking event coming very soon.
