The latest trend, being served at cocktail bars and restaurants alike is hot dogs with fanciful sauces and new flavour combinations being put together to astound even the Yanky-doodle-dandiest of them all.
The Southbank of 2015 is pushing towards a fun, relaxed environment with cocktails and Americana styled food. Gone are the fine dining restaurants and in are the new informal venues, which whilst perhaps not being as finely tuned, do offer patrons an enjoyable, tasty evening.
The Beer InCider Experience took place at the Albion Park Raceway over the weekend, and it was a haven for beeries and foodies all over Brisbane. Fans of ales, lagers and sweet, sneaky ciders all came together to enjoy an abundance of alcohol, food, sunshine and entertainment.
