Hole-in-the-wall coffee shop The Single Guys is gaining notoriety amongst the coffee snobs of Brisbane’s western suburbs.
They are known in Kenmore for their dedication and consistency in preparing quality coffee, delicious food and impeccable service.

After a few weeks of not brunching, it was time to get myself back in the game. Naturally, I decided on checking out one of the most popular brunch spots in Richmond, indicated by the large groups of young professionals draped in yoga gear who form queues outside: Pillar of Salt.Â
When the brunch culture is as thriving as it is in the city of Melbourne, it can be overwhelming to decide where to go. One of my favourite ways to find new restaurants and cafés is to use Instagram to find the best looking dishes and to get an idea of what places have people posting. The best way to begin this process is to follow a few Instagram accounts that specialize in the wonderful genre that is brunch to get some ideas flowing of where you want to check out. Based on how positive my experiences have been there, I knew I ought to give TBOS a shot.
I only live just a few minutes from Tall Timber, which has become both a blessing and a curse.  Although I may not be writing this review as a newbie to the café, based on their amazing menu that delivers consistent quality I thought it would only be fair to include them in my collection of brunch reviews.
